I called this business to get a simple price for tinting the clear glass on my Tesla Model 3. That’s it. I explained what I wanted multiple times, and somehow the owner managed to turn a basic pricing question into an argument. He kept trying to sell me an additional $150 charge for the rear window even after I clearly explained that I was only interested in tinting the glass that was currently clear. I wasn’t asking him to tint something I didn’t want tinted. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated. I was asking, “How much does it cost to do THIS?” Instead of simply answering the question, he became argumentative, arrogant, and eventually told me to go somewhere else because he didn’t want my business. Apparently, this guy has so much business that he can afford to turn away customers who are literally calling him ready to spend money. I’ve dealt with plenty of businesses, and I’ve never understood the mentality of an owner who would rather argue with a potential customer than simply listen to what they’re asking for. You can offer upgrades. You can explain your recommendations. That’s part of selling. But once a customer tells you what they actually want, your job is to give them the price for THAT service. The craziest part is that there wasn’t even a disagreement about the quality of the work or the price. I couldn’t even get a price because the owner couldn’t get past his own attitude long enough to have a normal conversation. If this is how the owner handles a simple phone call, I have zero interest in finding out how he’d handle an actual issue after taking my money. There are plenty of tint shops in town. I’ll gladly give my money to one where the owner understands that customer service means listening to the customer—not getting an attitude because they don’t want the exact package you’re trying to sell them. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

These guys did a great job on my Tacoma. I called for a quote and they had me in and started working on my truck the very same day! They have samples of the various tint percentages and types they offer and examples of how the heat feels under the different materials. Premium ceramic was the right call for me. Pricier than the rest but it’s a worthy investment if you care about your vehicle and want to cool down your car in the brutal summer heat. They had me in right away on a Sunday morning and were done within 2 hours. There’s a waiting area with TV and water. These guys were very professional and made sure to ask questions to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. I recommend them to anybody looking to get their tint done.

Went here about 4 years ago... fantastic experience. We relocated in town and bought a new car about a year ago and tried a place closer to where we live now (not nearly as satisfying). Just bought a 2024 Explorer and thought I would go back to The Tint Shop...SO GLAD I DID. Love this place and great lounge area if you wait there.

I called to get a quote and they were able to get me in right away. The tint looks great and what makes them stand out is the great customer service.
